General Conditions
In general
By filling out your order you accept our delivery, guarantee and payment terms. lampandlight.eu preserves the right to change these delivery, guarantee and payment terms. In case of a closed deal, the terms apply as they did on the date mentioned on the invoice.
Guaranteed/Fixed price
lampandlight.eu can guarantee you that the price mentioned on the invoice will not be raised. However, for wrong mentioned prices due to server problems, hackers, computer viruses and so on we cannot take responsibility (also see disclaimer).
Delivery
Lampandlight.eu aims to keep all articles mentioned on our site in stock and to deliver them within 3 to 5 working days. In case an article cannot be delivered because it is not in stock at that moment, the buy agreement will be cancelled. All discussed and mentioned delivery times are an indication only and therefore cannot lead to any right or responsibility. In case delivery times run up to over 15 days, you will be notified in time. If you do not agree with an extended delivery time, you can annul the agreement within 4 days after notification per e-mail. We will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Attention! Please fill out your address correctly. When this is not filled out properly, and therefore the order cannot be delivered, lampandlight.eu cannot be held responsible. lampandlight.eu cannot deliver to a p.o. box. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund the purchase amount except for the shipment costs.
In case you do wish to receive your order, we will send it to you after we receive the payment of the shipping costs to an address in either The Netherlands or Belgium. Any damage that occurs during delivery to a wrong address is to be reimbursed by the customer.
Return
Articles can be returned within 14 days after delivery in the original, undamaged packaging, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
Attention! Shipping costs are for the account of the buyer.
Exceptions are special orders that are not mentioned as such on our site. Reimbursement of the purchase amount takes places when the article is received by lampandlight.eu in the original, undamaged packaging, and the latest 14 days after receiving the shipment.
In case of returning C.O.D. shipments, the costs of € 10,- will not be reimbursed. In case of broken articles, please advice our guarantee conditions. Returned shipments without a properly filled out return form and an enclosed copy of the invoice shall not be dealt with and therefore cannot be reimbursed. Please mention the bank account number on which the amount should be put on, on the return form.

Privacy
Personal information will not be filed, unless you wish to be kept informed about special offers, new products and other information provided by lampandlight.eu.
Your e-mail address will be added to the lampandlight.eu mailing list and shall not be used otherwise by any third party.
Guarantee conditions
Lampandlight.eu guarantees that each delivered article lives up to the normal demands of soundness and workability and existing governmental regulations.
If in case of normal use of the article failures occur, lampandlight.eu will repair the article free of charge.
Cases of damage will only be dealt with in case lampandlight.eu receives notice within 14 days after the buyer has received the articles.
The shipping costs are, in case the complaint is valid, for the account of lampandlight.eu.
lampandlight.eu determines whether a guarantee is granted and determines how to repair and ship. Postage free return shipments shall not be accepted by lampandlight.eu and the costs arising from this are for the account of the customer.
You receive a one-year guarantee on your purchase.
In case you return articles for repair of replacement, you need to send them in the original packaging with enclosure of a copy of the invoice and a filled out return form with a description of the complaint to:

We offer a three-month guarantee of the repaired article.
Guarantee cannot be claimed in the following cases:
- defects of wear due to negligent maintenance,
- when changes on the article are caused by a third party,
- defects caused by non corresponding or unwise use, such as not following the instructions in the manual,
- damage caused by malpractice or negligence,
- weather influences, such as bolt of lightning,
- overheating by central heating or other forms of heating or by using a higher wattage than prescribed,
- exposure to humidity, extreme heat or sunlight or extreme cold,
- costs caused by a third party for repairing a defect article are not refunded,
- light sources are not covered by our guarantee conditions.
Images
All images are displayed as properly as possible. However, it is possible that an article differs slightly from the images displayed on our website. lampandlight.eu cannot be held responsible for differences between images and the reality.
Payment
In case you choose the option prepayment, your order will be shipped after we have received your payment. In case a prepayment is not received within 10 days after placing the order, the order will be cancelled. In case the payment is received after 10 days, we will refund the purchase amount minus € 3,50 administration costs within 10 working days.
