My computer froze or browser crashed whilst I was on the payment gateway. what now?
If your computer froze, lost interenet or your web browser crashed while you were on the payment gateway and you did not receive an order confirmation via email from us, then your order was unsuccessful and payment didn't take place.
Afraid you might have paid twice? Please refer to your card issuer or online banking first to see if funds have been taken. Any payments made will be shown in your personal bank account immediately.
