When will I be refunded when I return an item(s)?

The full purchase amount of your returns will be refunded within 14 days after the Returns department has received your package. The amount will be deposited into the account that you used to pay for your order, unless otherwise agreed. It can take 1-3 business days for the Returns department to receive your package. It is important that you register your return in advance with the customer service department so we can properly refund your return. We can hold back the refund until it has been proven that your package has arrived correctly. It is therefore important that you always keep your return receipt until you receive your refund.

If you have paid by cash on delivery or in store, we will contact you after receipt of your return shipment in order to request your bank details. You can also provide these when you return your package to the customer service department. The amount will then be refunded to your bank account.
